Dear Judith,
How are you? I hope well. I went online and looked up Israel under the Ron Davis website. I was happy to see so many facilitators.
Since leaving Tel-Aviv two years ago, I have continued creating clay models for about 30 words. The first 15 I did alone, and the second half with the help of my mother.
I am able to read plays, still slowly, but at least I understand what is going on from beginning to end.
I can’t believe I had this problem for so long and never realized it. Even when you suggested to me that I had dyslexia, I didn’t believe it.
Anyhow, I still have about 70 words left and decided that I wanted to finish them up right.
I looked for a facilitator for the New York area but didn’t find anyone.
The closest one is in Poughkeepsie, NY which is about and hour and half away.
Do you have any idea who might be able to help me? I thought you might have connections on the issue.
The technique has truly changed my life in so many different ways. Music included. I don’t know if it is related but I enjoy listening to music more now then before. (To refresh your memory, I clay modeled the notes with a music theory teacher guiding me).
I also went to an exhibit The Museum of Natural History on the life and theories of Einstein, a fellow dyslexic. It was the first time I understood his theories. It sparked a great interest in me for physics. I spent 6 and a half hours alone in the exhibit. (By the way, the exhibit will be permanently arriving in Jerusalem after it tours around America)
Well, that’s all for now. How is Etya and Yaron? Please send them my regards.
Thanks again, and I would appreciate an answer back if you have one.
